About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and resources
- Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal team members
- Review estimates, scopes, change orders, and project details for accuracy
- Keep project documentation organized and up to date
- Identify and address issues before they become bigger problems
- Provide consistent updates and follow through on outstanding items
- Build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Ensure projects meet company, safety, and quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in construction, restoration, or project management preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach to challenges
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Dependable, patient, and consistent with strong follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Experience with project management or estimating software is a plus
