About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, business owners, insurance professionals, and referral partners
Prospect for new business through cold calling, drop-in visits, networking, and community involvement
Develop new commercial accounts while growing existing relationships
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and current clients
Represent Paul Davis at networking events, trade associations, chamber events, and community functions
Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow commercial restoration sales within the assigned territory
Stay visible in the market through consistent customer visits and follow-up contacts
Educate clients on Paul Davis services and preparation for and recovery from property losses
Collaborate with Operations and Estimating teams to ensure a smooth transition once a project is awarded
Maintain accurate activity and account information within the CRM
Meet and exceed sales goals while growing the Paul Davis brand throughout the community

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two or more years of outside sales, business development, or relationship-based sales experience
Commercial sales experience is preferred
Restoration, construction, property management, facilities management, or insurance industry experience is a plus
Proven ability to develop new business and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Naturally outgoing and enjoys meeting new people
Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships with decision-makers
Self-motivated and energized by achieving goals
Competitive, persistent, and resilient
Confident without being pushy
Comfortable working independently while staying connected with the team
Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and follow-up activities
