About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support brand marketing strategy for assigned campaigns, including positioning, campaign platforms, and creative briefs grounded in clinical claims substantiation and competitive intelligence
  • Partner with Creative, Social, Copy, and Influence teams to build full-funnel campaign elements across DTC, Amazon, and prestige retail partners such as Sephora
  • Maintain go-to-market toolkits, marketing SharePoint content, launch tiering, and brief templates
  • Manage launch timelines across phased global rollouts and coordinate dependencies across Creative, Retail, Media, and regional brand teams
  • Maintain RACI matrices and flag timeline risks with mitigation options
  • Support marketing budget allocations tied to volume, share, and ROI outcomes
  • Manage early-read and post-launch performance reporting across DTC, Amazon, and Sephora
  • Track campaign spend against budget, flag variances, and contribute to measurement frameworks
  • Coordinate regional execution across North America, EU, APAC, and ANZ
  • Build relationships with regional creative, retail media, and commercial stakeholders
  • Prepare leadership and cross-regional strategy and performance updates
  • Build PowerPoint decks, Excel models, and PDFs
  • Present brand strategy, launch plans, and performance updates to managers and cross-functional partners
  • Report to the Senior Director of NA Integrated Campaigns and Global Retail Marketing
  • Travel occasionally for launch events, retail partner meetings, and regional team collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or a related role, ideally within beauty, skincare, or a comparable prestige/CPG category
  • Familiarity with the beauty industry, prestige retail dynamics such as Sephora, DTC, and Amazon channels
  • Comfort working with spend models, ROI cases, and budget trackers
  • Experience supporting performance reporting and translating campaign data into useful insight
  • Exposure to regional or international marketing
  • Strong timeline and project management skills supporting multi-workstream launches
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to build clear, professional decks and materials
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, required
  • Experience with marketing analytics, retail media, or reporting platforms is a plus
  • Ability to handle long periods of screen time and sitting
  • Flexibility for typical business hours and global time zone coordination
  • Occasional domestic and international travel availability
