Key responsibilities & impact

Execute multi-asset trades across FX, digital assets, and fixed income across global corridors
Build and manage the firm's OTC book and source high-value trading opportunities
Devise and implement execution strategies to maximise risk-adjusted returns
Manage real-time FX and digital asset exposures within defined limits
Run smart hedging and inventory positioning across 30+ currencies
Own intraday and end-of-day treasury operations across banks, OTC desks, exchanges, and digital wallets
Maximise capital efficiency and deploy idle funds to capture yield
Help manage and expand the network of liquidity providers and OTC counterparties
Onboard partners and benchmark pricing performance
Eliminate single points of failure across active trading corridors
Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams on settlement flows, transaction monitoring, and business development
Champion AI tools and automation for desk reporting, market analysis, and treasury forecasts
Build and improve trading and treasury workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience in FX, OTC execution, treasury, or liquidity management at a buy-side/sell-side institution, bank, broker, crypto firm, or fintech
Advanced proficiency using industry-standard trading software and financial data platforms, e.g. Bloomberg Terminal
Solid grasp of global financial markets, including FX (G20 and emerging markets), fixed income products, derivatives, and digital assets
Active familiarity with AI tools and automation methods
Highly numerate with advanced Excel capabilities
Strong risk fundamentals and ability to make quick, well-calibrated decisions in live markets
Clear, confident communication style
Strong bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on digital asset trading experience is a major plus
Experience with SQL, Python, or building custom trading/treasury tools is a major bonus
