Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and execution of AI adoption strategies across multiple markets
Enable business units to integrate AI into daily workflows, improving efficiency and decision-making
Collaborate with global stakeholders to align AI initiatives with broader company strategy
Champion AI literacy and foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning
Measure and communicate the impact of AI adoption through meaningful metrics and insights
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases
Drive scalable frameworks that accelerate adoption while maintaining governance and best practices
Influence how AI transforms Pax8 across APAC, improving operations and creating partner opportunities

What you’ll need

Proven leadership in driving digital or AI transformation across complex environments
Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into actionable programmes
Substantial experience influencing senior stakeholders across regions and functions
Strong understanding of AI technologies, adoption frameworks, and change management
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and empowering others through technology
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a global mindset
Must hold valid right to work in the country where you are residing
