About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end product life cycle from ideation to launch and iteration
- Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with company objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering, design, implementation, operations, and marketing teams
- Develop scalable, user-centric solutions for workforce screening services
- Utilize user research, feedback, and data analytics to inform product decisions
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Ensure timely delivery of product features
- Track KPIs and user feedback to identify improvements and drive product enhancements
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR technology sectors
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with employment screening or HR-related industries preferred
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments preferred
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in product development preferred
- Must have a dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home conducive to focused work
- Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to support professional video calls and meetings
- Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work comfortably and effectively in a home environment meeting ergonomic standards
- Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screening is required as a condition of employment
