About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map current workflows with users, simplifying before automating and identifying pain points, decisions, and exceptions
Co-design target processes and success criteria with business teams
Build and iterate agents and low-code workflows using prompts, knowledge sources, and structured data
Connect systems and steps via approved integrations, APIs, or lightweight scripts
Partner with engineers when technical problems require it
Pilot, document, and roll out workflows
Train users, support change, and use feedback to drive sustained adoption
Co-own permissions, evaluation, monitoring, human review steps, and security patterns with the Application Framework team
Deliver AI-powered workflow solutions that improve time saved, cycle time, quality, usage, and operating cost

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in business operations, process improvement, product building, consulting, or transformation
Hands-on practice with agent platforms, automation tools, or low-code environments
Comfort working with prompts, structured data, APIs, and lightweight scripting
Track record of simplifying processes, building working solutions, and improving them based on user feedback
Strong listening and communication skills
Practical approach to user adoption and change management
End-to-end ownership from discovery through rollout
