About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and develop the product for UK users with the JetLang low-code platform
  • Design efficient and intuitive user experiences
  • Update the product according to changes in UK payroll law
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the existing platform
  • Manage links between thousands of system variables
  • Clean, optimize, and revamp the codebase as part of the technical transformation
  • Collaborate on design solutions, prototypes, and architecture with product designers and engineers
  • Work with UK Customer Success, Onboarding, Sales, and Marketing teams, as well as international teams
  • Build the platform alongside a Product Lead and other Product Builders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field of study
  • At least 1 year of experience in a product technical role
  • Engineering background
  • Enthusiasm for product management, design, and development
  • Passion for building apps with great UX
  • Problem-solving, logic, and smart-solution development skills
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, creative, and intellectually curious
  • Humble attitude and willingness to work in teams and learn continuously
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work within the UK; the role is based in London
