About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer and maintain the CRM platform, including users, roles, profiles, layouts, modules, fields, and permissions.
Design and maintain automations, including workflows, blueprints, assignment rules, and scoring rules.
Maintain integrations across the Zoho suite, including Campaigns, Desk, Analytics, Flow, and Creator.
Safeguard data quality and governance by defining data standards and running deduplication and validation routines.
Monitor record completeness and accuracy across the pipeline.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Zoho CRM/Analytics for Sales, Marketing, and leadership.
Provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion, and performance KPIs.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
Document processes and train end users on new features and best practices.
Support integrations and data flows between Zoho CRM and marketing, telephony, finance/ERP, and other tools.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors or IT as needed.
Deliver a reliable, well-governed CRM, high data quality, automated workflows, and timely, accurate dashboards supporting decision-making and pipeline growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience administering and configuring Zoho CRM.
Familiarity with the broader Zoho One suite, including Analytics, Campaigns, Desk, Flow, and Creator, is highly valued.
Solid spreadsheet skills using Excel / Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
Understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes (lead-to-cash), CRM data models, pipeline management, and reporting.
Experience supporting B2B / commercial teams.
Analytical, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Clear communication to translate between business and technical language.
Ability to train and support users.
Self-management to prioritize multiple requests.
Zoho certifications, experience with SQL or BI tools, intermediate/advanced English, Portuguese, and prior experience in a similar CRM Analyst or Sales Operations role are desirable, not essential.
Deluge scripting and Zoho Flow / webhooks are a plus.
