About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the corporate card platform, including limits, card issuance, blocks, and store/promoter registrations
  • Perform daily financial and cash reconciliations for PIX, debit, credit, and cash transactions, comparing amounts against contracts and payment processors
  • Audit purchases, invoices, and receipts to prevent fraud and identify discrepancies
  • Control inventory and product portfolios, and monitor the sale of new and used items at kiosks
  • Support the interface and implementation of the ERP system across stores
  • Prepare and analyze consolidated and store-level P&L statements, monitoring margins and operational KPIs
  • Manage accounts payable, bills, supplier contracts, and shopping mall leases
  • Handle store support requests and serve as the Operations team’s point of contact with the promoter agency
  • Ensure the smooth operational and financial functioning of the kiosks
  • Develop management reports and support decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of previous experience in Operations, Retail/Kiosks, Controllership, or Finance
  • Hands-on experience with inventory management, financial reconciliation, accounts payable, and corporate card management
  • Experience preparing P&L statements and management reports
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and PivotTables) and knowledge of ERP systems
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and strong communication skills
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Power BI and experience with ERP implementation
