About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the performance of the partner store network and proactively identify deviations to prevent closures.
- Lead the rehabilitation of closed stores by defining action plans to bring them back into operation in accordance with PayJoy standards.
- Ensure the quality of PayJoy smartphone sales by tracking performance indicators and best practices at points of sale.
- Analyze operational data and generate insights to guide more effective commercial approaches.
- Strengthen partner relationships by supporting the continuous improvement of operations.
- Work closely with the FraudOps and Risk teams to identify and prevent fraud.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to improve tools, rules, and automations.
- Work with the Finance team to protect revenue and ensure the sustainability of operations.
- Propose process improvements that make operations more efficient and scalable.
- Present analyses and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
- Turn operational data into insights that guide commercial approaches and business decisions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in operations, quality, partner management, or Risk Ops, preferably in fintech, marketplaces, or retail.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience managing by KPIs, building dashboards, and improving processes.
- Ability to turn data into clear insights and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and ethical, with the autonomy to make decisions.
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation is a plus.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to data analysis, process automation, or insight generation is a plus.
