About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the growth and performance of the voice bot channel.
- Own telesales AI agent operations and development: identify use cases, build and deploy agents, and iterate to improve conversion and retention.
- Lead evaluation, integration, and deployment of vendors and tools for telesales.
- Define and enforce telesales channel best practices for quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Product Marketing teams to translate customer conversation insights into customer-facing product improvements.
- Partner with Analytics to establish measurement and experimentation frameworks, track channel KPIs, and report performance.
- Optimize customer journeys and scale capabilities through voice bots, text bots, and automation to maximize conversion and engagement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) with demonstrated experience in marketing.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and the technical aspects involved in their deployment and integration.
- Experience managing external vendors and technology partners.
- Project management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and levels of seniority.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Beginner to intermediate SQL skills.
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
- Nice to have: Hands-on experience working within or alongside sales channels.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of conversational AI or speech analysis.
- Nice to have: Experience building AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business results.
