About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop comprehensive designs, technical specifications, and solution blueprints aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Create innovative, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions for new and existing clients
- Lead implementations from initial concept and design through testing and deployment
- Serve as the key project and client-facing representative
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to project milestones
- Evaluate business, technical, security, reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements and assess feasibility
- Collaborate with internal and partner teams to distill requirements into functional requirements
- Document solutions through Business Requirement Documents, Solution Design Documents, custom design flowcharts, and a project knowledge base
- Conduct existing solution reviews and performance optimizations
- Serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert during pre-sales meetings and implementation processes
- Engage with C-level executives and cross-functional teams across GTM, Product, R&D, Operations, and Data
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive and strategic thinking
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Familiarity with APIs, SaaS products, and related technologies
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Figma/Miro, Asana, Salesforce, Azure, etc.
- Strong business understanding and basic comfort with commercials and contracts
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
- Fintech background strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel as needed
