About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop technical designs, specifications, and solution blueprints aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Create scalable and cost-effective technical solutions for new and existing clients
Lead client-facing implementations from concept and design through testing and deployment
Manage project milestones and ensure timely delivery
Evaluate business, technical, security, reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal and partner teams to define functional requirements
Document solutions through BRDs, SDDs, custom design flowcharts, and a project knowledge base
Review existing solutions and optimize performance, integrity, quality, and maintainability
Serve as a technical advisor during pre-sales meetings and implementation processes
Engage with C-level executives and cross-functional GTM, Product, R&D, Operations, and Data teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role
Proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive and strategic thinking
Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
Familiarity with APIs, SaaS products, and related technologies
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Figma/Miro, Asana, Salesforce, Azure, etc.
Strong business understanding and basic comfort with commercials and contracts
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
Fintech background strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel as needed
