About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute new customer acquisition CRM initiatives focused on incentives, merchant offers, and core value propositions
- Liaise with media agencies on launch plans, optimization roadmaps, and budget alignment
- Work with creative teams to define roadmaps, review proposals, and ensure seamless execution
- Activate co-branding campaigns and product launches, and report results to leadership
- Drive churn experimentation strategy, including ideation, testing, and customer experience evaluation
- Write experiment briefs and testing plans, and coordinate end-to-end implementation
- Monitor experiments post-launch, identify insights, and optimize in-flight results
- Manage budget reporting, including agency costs and incentive payouts
- Define the learning agenda and deliver against acquisition KPIs
- Design and build ad-hoc and always-on acquisition campaigns across owned channels and third-party vendors
- Own acquisition landing page strategy, including testing, personalization, and conversion optimization
- Develop prospecting and existing-base audiences using first- and third-party data
- Design and implement automated customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and A/B tests
- Partner with analytics and finance teams to measure CRM performance and inform strategy
- Develop and track campaign forecasts for performance, engagement, business impact, spend, and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with launches, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives
- Lead others to solve diverse-scope issues and plan mitigation
- Evaluate and onboard third-party vendors; negotiate contracts, SOWs, and data privacy assessments with relevant teams
- Operationalize new vendors into campaign workflows with MarTech, Operations, and agency partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Performance Marketing preferred
- Experience preferably in B2C, fintech, or e-commerce environments
- Proven track record of executing multi-channel lifecycle programs tied to measurable growth outcomes
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, campaign forecasting, and KPI optimization
- Experience leveraging customer segmentation and building testing methodologies
- Excellent communication and project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Creative problem-solving and growth mindset
- Experience with email, push notifications, in-app/app messaging, landing pages, and potentially direct mail
- Experience with 1st- and 3rd-party data, audience development, dynamic segmentation, and personalization
- Experience designing automated customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and A/B tests
- Experience partnering with analytics, finance, Product, Commercial, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Legal, Privacy, Vendor Management, Compliance, MarTech, Operations, and agency teams
