About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders in alignment with the shared product or platform vision
  • Plan and implement the architectural roadmap while balancing innovation, technical implementation, regulatory requirements, time-to-market, customer needs, and profitability
  • Assess customer experience and needs in product requirements and decision-making
  • Establish data-gathering mechanisms and success metrics, including usability studies, research, and market analysis
  • Lead analytics, customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis workstreams
  • Oversee product profitability measures, including budget
  • Plan operational mechanisms for execution and accountability, including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews
  • Interface with product and technology leadership
  • Partner with content strategists, data scientists, product designers, and user experience researchers
  • Drive efficiency in a fluid, evolving environment
  • Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core Risk Decisioning Platform pillar
  • Track platform health metrics, drive legacy migration, and enable real-time experimentation and rule governance
  • Lead product reviews and steering committee updates as a subject matter expert

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience building or managing products in decisioning, recommendation engine, or real-time scoring spaces
  • Familiarity with feature stores, real-time inference pipelines, rule engines, or A/B experimentation frameworks
  • Track record of driving platform adoption across multiple internal customer teams
  • Ability to define and interpret platform metrics, run analyses, and translate findings into product decisions
  • Experience with agile delivery at scale, including cross-team dependency management and milestone-driven roadmap execution
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days in the office
  • Ability to travel 10%
