About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the embedded operations partner for the PayPal+ / North America business within Consumer
- Connect the PP+/NA Consumer Leader and team with the broader Consumer Operations function
- Drive alignment on priorities and translate strategy into execution
- Ensure operational rigor needed to deliver at scale
- Lead complex projects to optimize operational processes
- Participate in complex problem resolution and determine methods and procedures for new assignments
- Drive global process improvements
- Oversee and support financial, budget, and headcount targets
- Act as liaison between business leadership, staff, and key partners
- Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes
- Use internal and external data to provide actionable insights for business growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience leading complex projects of diverse scope
- Experience with operational process optimization and global process improvements
- Experience with financial, budget, and headcount planning and management
- Ability to act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and key partners
- Ability to use internal and external data to provide actionable business insights
