About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex pricing projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve pricing-related issues and implement best practices
- Analyze data to identify pricing opportunities and recommend adjustments to enhance profitability
- Develop and maintain pricing models for strategic decision-making
- Drive global process improvements related to pricing strategies and structures
- Own end-to-end pricing configuration and validation
- Ensure price categories are created, assigned, and reconciled against executed agreements accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Pricing Product on complex deal structuring and escalated operational issues
- Lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of pricing operations analysts
- Drive improvements that reduce manual touchpoints, improve accuracy, and enable automation
- Support Pricing Transformation initiatives and implementation of new capabilities and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of current business trends and market conditions
- Experience analyzing data to identify pricing opportunities
- Experience developing and maintaining pricing models
- Experience with pricing configuration and validation
- Experience with contract-to-system reconciliation
- Knowledge of SOX controls
- Ability to collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Pricing Product
- Experience leading, developing, and performance-managing a team
- Ability to drive process improvements and automation
