About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex performance marketing projects
  • Liaise with media agencies on launch plans, optimization roadmaps, and budget alignment

  • Create and maintain an experimentation roadmap
  • Allocate budgets across campaigns and channels
  • Collaborate with leadership, finance, and analytics teams on strategies and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Understanding of current business trends
  • Experience developing performance marketing strategies
  • Experience with omnichannel paid media strategies
  • Audience segmentation and targeting
  • Marketing experimentation, testing plans, and roadmap development
  • Budget allocation and return-on-investment optimization
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership, finance, analytics, media agency, and creative teams
