About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, launch, and optimize scalable enablement programs and learning initiatives
  • Improve sales productivity, product adoption, and customer retention
  • Develop learning methodologies, engagement techniques, and targeted solutions for performance gaps
  • Design and contribute to onboarding programs, including curriculum, content, facilitation, practice activities, and reinforcement
  • Establish or refine enablement frameworks aligned with quarterly business goals and annual company strategy
  • Conduct training needs assessments using surveys, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews
  • Create enablement roadmaps with timelines, success metrics, and resource requirements
  • Measure and communicate revenue impact, including pipeline, win rates, and quota attainment
  • Analyze enablement effectiveness and implement KPIs tracking adoption, completion, and performance outcomes
  • Review company goals and revenue metrics to identify enablement gaps and opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership to define priorities, ROI, and program adjustments
  • Connect enablement efforts to competitive positioning and market dynamics
  • Lead cross-functional teams developing content, running workshops, and delivering training at scale
  • Resolve competing priorities across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback loops
  • Partner with L&D, HR, and People teams on organizational change management
  • Coordinate go-to-market enablement for new features and product launches with Product and Marketing
  • Design and execute change management strategies
  • Measure adoption and engagement and address barriers using dialogue and data-driven problem-solving
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on program changes
  • Create and oversee e-learning, presentations, guides, videos, and knowledge management content
  • Use analytics and reporting to assess training impact and identify trends
  • Integrate and optimize LMS, CRM, and knowledge base technology, including automation and AI-powered solutions
  • Maintain scalable documentation standards and processes
  • Report to the Director, Solutions Consulting & Enablement
  • Partner with Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7 years of experience in enablement, training, learning & development, revenue operations, or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise designing and launching training programs that improved sales or business outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort with data reporting and performance metrics
  • Excellent collaboration and influence skills in cross-functional environments with competing priorities
  • Proficiency with enablement tools, including LMS, CRM, knowledge management platforms, and data analytics
  • Experience with Gong, Claude, or Seismic is a plus
  • Experience conducting needs assessments and diagnosing root causes of performance gaps
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including engaging training, workshops, and practice-based sessions for small and large audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present
  • Experience with change management frameworks and stakeholder engagement strategies is nice to have
  • Background in sales, product, or customer-facing functions is nice to have
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Nooks, and related best practices is nice to have
  • Track record of implementing new tools, platforms, or processes is nice to have
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, buyer journeys, or go-to-market strategy is nice to have
  • Project management certification or experience leading large-scale organizational initiatives is nice to have
  • High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps in a dedicated workspace if working from home
  • Device for multifactor authentication (MFA/2FA)
