About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver expert training and support in English and French to new and existing customers on PBS Dealer Management Software
  • Primarily conduct virtual training sessions to guide customers through the software implementation process
  • Provide onsite training for new software installations in person
  • Develop a thorough understanding of PBS software and related training processes
  • Gain proficiency in data entry and key operational tasks
  • Independently manage and deliver assigned training sessions within the primary silo
  • Become an install resource without assistance
  • Prioritize tasks independently and demonstrate accountability
  • Handle assigned DTO Cornerstone tickets in a timely manner
  • Navigate and demonstrate the PBS DMS system while providing excellent customer service
  • Respond promptly to internal and external training requests
  • Write tickets for issues and escalate them to corresponding teams
  • Stay current with evolving process documentation
  • Share knowledge across silos and contribute to team learning and development
  • Expand product knowledge and participate in cross-training opportunities
  • Support a collaborative and positive team environment
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bilingual; fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a car dealership environment, with a focus in Fixed Operations
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
  • Valid passport required
  • U.S. visa, if applicable, required
  • Full, valid and unrestricted driver’s license required
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and public speaking
  • PBS software experience is a strong asset
  • Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions is a strong asset
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Outstanding documentation abilities
  • High School Diploma
