About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement, and optimize customer marketing programs, including cross-sell campaigns and onboarding efforts
  • Partner with email marketing, content marketing, and product marketing teams to develop and deploy targeted campaigns
  • Facilitate and host customer marketing events in collaboration with sales and technical product experts
  • Report on program performance and provide insights to senior leadership for planning and prioritization
  • Build, maintain, and present KPI performance reports regularly and on time
  • Drive experimentation with new customer marketing opportunities and tactics based on competitive and audience research
  • Collaborate with broader marketing teams on go-to-market launches and customer communications
  • Analyze data, including product usage, to understand customer pain points and engagement and recommend improvements
  • Drive onboarding, expansion, and renewal efforts across PDQ’s product suite
  • Contribute to customer retention and revenue growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Previous experience driving successful customer marketing programs
  • Positive attitude and a passion for problem-solving
  • Experience managing and executing customer marketing campaigns across parts of the customer journey
  • Strong knowledge of customer marketing principles and tools
  • Strong organizational skills to independently execute numerous projects and initiatives by assigned due dates
  • Working analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Must reside in one of PDQ’s open states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
  • Most full-time roles do not qualify for employment visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship
