About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor eCommerce websites, social media platforms, and other online channels for unauthorized use of product images, trademarks, and brand assets
- Document intellectual property infringements using screenshots, URLs, and supporting evidence
- Submit takedown requests according to platform policies and procedures, including DMCA-related processes when applicable
- Collaborate with internal teams on complex infringement cases and repeat violations
- Maintain accurate records of cases, actions, outcomes, and timelines
- Provide regular reports and status updates on enforcement activities
- Support brand protection initiatives by identifying unauthorized sellers and potential counterfeit products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in eCommerce, intellectual property protection, online enforcement, or a related field
- Familiarity with DMCA procedures and intellectual property laws
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Knowledge of advanced Google search techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Familiarity with major eCommerce and social media platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, and Instagram, and related platform policies
- Must be legally authorized to work in the applicable location
