About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze existing operations for efficiency improvements
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation measures
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance workflows, increase productivity, and maintain regulatory compliance
- Coordinate projects across departments to ensure milestones and goals are met on time and within regulatory guidelines
- Develop high-level plans for operational improvements and initiatives
- Integrate compliance measures and address risk factors in operational plans
- Assist departments in writing or adjusting processes and procedures
- Generate metrics and perform operational analysis and risk management to support efficiency, growth, and regulatory adherence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Developing skills in strategy development, strategic analysis, and decision-making
- Understanding of risk mitigation and compliance principles
- Proficient in basic project coordination
- Understanding of operations, organizational workflows, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to propose, communicate, and assist in coordinating strategic initiatives
- Ability to support risk management and compliance efforts
- Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, and AI tools
- Comfort using data analysis, reporting, and process improvement tools
