Track quotes and follow up with customers as directed.
Escalate unusual jobs, unclear pricing or exceptions to management.
Assist with planning and preparing social media content.
Create or coordinate posts featuring completed projects, progress photos and business updates.
Write captions and organise content for publication.
Maintain a consistent professional presentation across social channels.
Support responses to social media enquiries and pass potential leads to the appropriate person.
Maintain accurate contact, lead and opportunity records in GoHighLevel.
Manage pipelines and update enquiry and job statuses.
Monitor new enquiries and ensure they are assigned or followed up appropriately.
Set up and maintain follow-up tasks, reminders and communications.
