About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute B2B digital acquisition campaigns engaging clinicians, nurses, procurement leads, and hospital decision-makers across Australia and New Zealand
- Convert online engagement into direct enquiries, hospital consultations, product collection requests, and tangible conversions
- Manage multi-channel social media content across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok where appropriate, using Planable for scheduling
- Build, target, optimize, and continuously test paid direct-response social campaigns, creative assets, copy, and audience segments
- Track advertising spend against business outcomes and adjust underperforming campaigns
- Translate complex clinical and sustainability concepts into social posts, newsletters, landing page copy, and creative briefs
- Tailor messaging to healthcare buyer personas including clinicians, nurse educators, procurement teams, and sustainability leads
- Maintain brand integrity and perform routine Webflow updates to copy, images, forms, and landing pages
- Manage external web contractors when advanced technical support is required
- Design, schedule, and execute newsletters, onboarding journeys, and nurture workflows via HubSpot
- Build automated multi-touch sequences, lists, and segments based on user roles, geographic locations, and lifecycle stages
- Maintain CRM data quality, remove duplicate or low-quality data, and enforce marketing preferences
- Monitor cross-channel performance metrics focused on commercially meaningful lead acquisition
- Prepare concise weekly delivery updates and monthly performance reviews covering channel ROI, campaign outcomes, and strategic next steps
- Maintain an organized marketing calendar for campaign cadences, recurring approvals, and key deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven ownership over multi-channel campaign execution
- Strong track record managing organic and paid social channels, specifically leveraging LinkedIn for B2B acquisition and lead generation
- Practical, advanced experience using HubSpot or a comparable enterprise marketing automation tool to build sequences, segmentation lists, and nurture workflows
- Superior copywriting and editing skills
- Basic Webflow content management capability or experience managing web developers
- Demonstrated ability to optimize modest marketing budgets, manage campaign attribution, and evaluate direct-response metrics
- Ability to work full-time aligning with New Zealand business hours; Australian business hours considered
- Dedicated remote setup
- Exceptional written and spoken English language skills with meticulous attention to detail
