About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage site availability processes, including creating schedule data and entering it into the testing system
- Ensure client and candidate expectations are met
- Advise stakeholders on strategic capacity planning to increase utilization and testing volume
- Assist with day-to-day planning and site management
- Perform client data analysis
- Build relationships with test delivery partners to support long-term improvements
- Guide partners in increasing efficiency and throughput
- Manage test-centre schedules and blocks to meet client KPIs and forecasts
- Create and maintain documentation for team tools and processes
- Assist with development and continuous improvement of event-testing systems and processes
- Participate in long- and short-term event planning, scheduling, and blocking projects
- Work with departments to determine client needs and requirements for enhancements
- Coordinate client and site-analysis projects
- Provide stakeholders with information summaries, project status, and change communications
- Determine and adjust testing-centre schedules and communicate changes to partners
- Perform other duties as assigned
