About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support subject teams with building assessment content in ActiveHub
- Prepare, upload and publish digital assessment materials using agreed workflows and standards
- Conduct quality checks to ensure content is complete, accurate and correctly presented
- Track tasks, files, feedback and publishing activity to maintain visibility of work and deadlines
- Collaborate with subject specialists, content colleagues and external suppliers
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies and potential issues, escalating them appropriately
- Contribute to improving guidance, documentation and team processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several tasks and priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using digital tools and ability to learn new platforms and processes
- Practical, proactive approach to solving problems and asking for help when needed
- Reliability, adaptability and willingness to respond constructively to feedback
- Previous experience in digital publishing, assessment, education or content production would be helpful but is not essential
- Early-career applicants with curiosity and motivation to learn are welcome
