Key responsibilities & impact

Design and execute performance and stress tests for TOpS applications, focusing on responsiveness and stability under load
Analyse test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and work with developers to resolve issues
Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts and frameworks tailored to TOpS platforms
Ensure test coverage for critical integrations and high-visibility releases
Support occasional out-of-hours testing during business-critical periods
Drive the performance, scalability, and reliability of TOpS applications
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and ensure systems meet business and user expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience designing and executing performance tests for complex applications
Hands-on expertise with performance testing tools and automation frameworks
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools
Test automation and scripting using Python, Java, or equivalent
Defect tracking and requirements analysis
