Oversee quality assurance activities associated with software analysis
Develop test plans
Perform exploratory testing
Execute functional and regression testing
Work closely with engineering, product management, and support teams to ensure product readiness for release
Define end-to-end automation strategy for enterprise projects
Report quality metrics, risks, and automation ROI to stakeholders
Collaborate with DevOps, Developers, and Product Owners
Choose tools and frameworks based on business and technical needs
Contribute to a quality engineering culture through shift-left, test pyramid, and continuous testing practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development and enterprise-grade applications
Strong automation framework design experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript-based frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium
Expertise in CI/CD integration with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
Advanced test strategy and architecture skills for scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation solutions
Experience with API automation using Postman, Testfully, Karate, or similar tools
Experience with performance and load testing using JMeter, Gatling, or k6
Knowledge of security testing basics, OWASP, automation pipeline integration, and penetration testing
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS
Experience with databases and backend validation, including MySQL 8 and Oracle
Experience defining end-to-end automation strategy for enterprise projects
Ability to report quality metrics, risks, and automation ROI to stakeholders
Experience working closely with DevOps, Developers, and Product Owners
Ability to select tools and frameworks based on business and technical needs
Experience contributing to quality engineering culture, including shift-left, test pyramid, and continuous testing
Knowledge of BDD/TDD frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, and JBehave
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, npm/yarn, and similar tools
Experience with test management tools such as Jira
Knowledge of AWS cloud services
Experience with IntelliJ IDEA
Experience with Testfully and Postman
Experience using AI tools such as Copilot and Claude
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive automation adoption across teams
Experience in agile environments
Strong documentation and reporting skills
