Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development and enterprise-grade applications
Expertise in Angular 15+, Java 21, JavaScript, REST, and Spring Boot 3.x+
Proficiency with IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Docker, MySQL 8, AWS, and Jenkins
Experience with unit testing and integration testing
Fluent with AI-assisted development tools including Claude (Anthropic) and GitHub Copilot; able to review, validate, and extend AI-generated code
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Ability to develop, test, maintain, and improve production-grade code
Ability to contribute to code quality through code reviews, static analysis, and quality enforcement tools
Strong architectural thinking and ability to define scalable, maintainable software solutions
Ability to create software concepts and maintain detailed design documentation
Ability to work independently with ownership, initiative, and bias for action
