Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage an allocated learner caseload across Royal Armoured Corps units
  • Deliver regular coaching, assessment and progress reviews
  • Assess knowledge, skills and behaviours using observations, professional discussions, witness testimony and digital evidence
  • Monitor progress, off-the-job training, Functional Skills and planned end dates
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in OneFile and other required systems
  • Identify learners at risk and agree clear recovery actions
  • Prepare learners for Gateway and End-Point Assessment
  • Build effective relationships across Army units and Pearson teams
  • Travel to nearby customer sites when required
