About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build simpler, more scalable experiences for companies hiring and employing people around the world
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to solve real product problems
  • Use client insights, product data, and AI tools to understand opportunities and develop recommendations
  • Own a scoped product initiative from discovery through launch and measurement
  • Use product data, client research, and internal insights to identify problems and opportunities
  • Translate insights into clear product recommendations, requirements, and success metrics
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to explore solutions, evaluate tradeoffs, and ship improvements
  • Use AI and rapid prototyping to explore ideas, accelerate learning, and test potential solutions
  • Measure launch impact and use learnings to inform next steps
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing an MBA, master’s, or other graduate degree, with prior professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort conducting research and presenting recommendations
  • Structured and analytical, with the ability to take an ambiguous problem and determine how to approach it
  • Curious and empathetic, with a strong interest in understanding users and how they interact with technology
  • Comfortable using quantitative and qualitative information to develop a point of view and make decisions
  • Technically curious and comfortable using AI tools to prototype, analyze, build, or automate
  • High ownership and follow-through, with the ability to drive work independently while collaborating effectively with others
  • Based in the Bay Area and able to spend time with the team in the Palo Alto office
  • Prior professional experience
  • Currently located in the Bay Area, California
  • Ability to commit to in-office collaboration Monday through Wednesday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, at the Palo Alto office
