About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate all aspects of onboarding and offboarding for supported employees, collaborating with global internal teams and external service providers
- Provide expert-level client support and advise on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting, and other HR matters as a regional expert
- Manage client relationships with the client services team
- Drive employee satisfaction and maintain a customer service mindset
- Drive client satisfaction through quick onboarding timelines and resolution-time SLA compliance
- Assist in training new team members
- Manage and audit HR records, including personal, onboarding/offboarding, contract, and job-specific documents
- Ensure compliance with local employment law and notify appropriate contacts of rectification needs
- Monitor applicable Collective Agreements and partner with required teams to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams on regional expertise, including Knowledge Base maintenance and Product Development
- Identify potential issues, assist with root cause analysis, escalate to concerned teams, and ensure resolution
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge and experience with Mexico labor regulations are required
- Knowledge and expert management of Onboarding and Offboarding processes
- Must currently reside in Medellín, Colombia
- Professional proficiency in English required
- Research-oriented, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to quickly assimilate information
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and listening skills
- Tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Experience collaborating with Product teams is desirable
- Eagerness to participate in automation and process-improvement projects
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Good organizational skills
- Conflict handling and resolution skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of and practical experience with Brazilian labor laws and regulations
- Empathy and an approachable demeanor
- Attentiveness and honesty
- Interest in international business and contributing at a consistently high level
- Nice to have: previous experience working within EOR or HR Outsourcing
- Nice to have: previous experience working through CRM systems
