About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the technical strategy for a Growth engineering team
  • Participate hands-on in coding, code reviews, and solution architecture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of formal experience in engineering management leading a team of engineers
  • Proven expertise in full-stack development
  • Expertise in React, TypeScript, and AWS, including Lambda, ECS, and RDS
  • Ability to leverage LLM-integrated agents, specifically Claude Code, to improve SDLC speed and code quality
  • Proven track record delivering customer-facing SaaS products focused on metrics-driven growth, conversion, and user experience
  • Ability to distill complex technical and AI-related trade-offs into actionable plans
  • Education History is required on the application form
