About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Pebl's partner embed program
  • Define and ship the native integration layer connecting Pebl with HRIS, payroll, and HR technology platforms
  • Partner with the Partnerships team to evaluate and prioritize embed and integration opportunities
  • Work closely with engineering on API design, webhook architecture, and developer experience
  • Define the end-to-end experience for embedded EOR hiring and onboarding flows
  • Translate partner requirements and client pain points into prioritized product requirements with documented trade-offs
  • Define and track success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on adoption and operational data
  • Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
  • Serve as an individual contributor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years owning an integration, platform, or partner product area
  • Deep familiarity with API design, webhooks, and data sync patterns
  • Experience with B2B2B or embedded product models
  • Track record owning a product area end-to-end, from strategy to shipped, adopted features
  • Comfortable analyzing usage patterns and instrumenting features to measure impact
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives and engineers
  • Startup experience, preferably in FinTech or HR tech
  • Experience taking a product from 0-1, preferably
  • Ability to work in-office Monday through Wednesday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm at the Palo Alto office
  • Computer science or engineering related degree
