About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage small, medium, and large client Cybersecurity projects from start to finish using the standard PMO project management process
Actively participate in team meetings, bringing discussion topics and sharing knowledge
Manage and support Cybersecurity projects, including GRC, Red Team, NIST or HIPAA Assessments, Cloud Security Assessments, and PCI ROC Assessments
Work in a client-facing role while managing multiple projects concurrently
Use systems, tools, and templates provided by the PMO
Review SOWs and complete initial planning activities
Work with resource managers to assign project resources
Conduct internal and external project kickoff calls and regular status meetings
Track prerequisites and products
Create and maintain project plans
Approve project timesheets and invoices
Update PSA tool project status, notes, start/end dates, and technical resource schedules/bookings weekly
Attend project review meetings and provide updates to management
Conduct project closeout meetings and submit customer surveys
Meet project management utilization targets
Lead project meetings and engage appropriate team members
Foster teamwork among project team members
Own project success and mitigate or eliminate risks through communication, planning, and escalation
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of related experience required
Basic technical knowledge in Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Analytics, and Cybersecurity
Good understanding of common technical terminology and implementation methods for the aligned technology practice area
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
PMP Certification (preferred)
ITIL Certification (preferred)
