Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary client contact from kickoff through delivery, leading kickoff sessions, status meetings, demos, and executive updates
Own end-to-end delivery plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across AI, data, and application workstreams
Monitor delivery health, identify risks and bottlenecks, escalate issues, and drive corrective actions
Manage client issues, escalations, scope changes, and evolving requirements
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, data, QA, and cloud
Translate solution architecture, integrations, and implementation trade-offs into business-oriented insights
Lead business analysis for reporting and analytics needs, translating business questions into KPIs, metric definitions, and functional specifications
Implement reporting in Looker, including data modeling, LookML development, and dashboard and Explore design
Partner with data engineers to validate source data, define the semantic layer, and ensure report accuracy, consistency, and performance
Apply AI to reporting and analytics, including conversational analytics, natural-language querying, and AI-generated insights
Own user acceptance testing for reports and dashboards
Document data definitions, business rules, report specifications, and user guides

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience delivering technology projects in a client-facing or consulting environment
3+ years of experience as a technical business analyst or in a hands-on BI/reporting role, including requirements gathering, data modeling, and dashboard development
Proven experience owning delivery outcomes, timelines, and client relationships, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities
Experience working with cloud data warehouses and semantic layers
Strong SQL skills
Good understanding of modern software delivery practices, including Agile, cloud-native architectures, APIs, CI/CD, and data platforms
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including translating technical details into business value
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time management, leadership, and client relationship management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities across multi-stakeholder initiatives
Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 pounds at times
