About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and optimize programs, tools, and processes that empower PEMCO’s Independent Agent channel
- Develop and manage the PEMCO Partners Rewards Program and other agency enablement programs
- Lead the evolution of the Independent Agent digital platform, improving usability and self-service functionality
- Collaborate with Territory Sales managers and leadership to create best-practice playbooks and align strategies
- Monitor Independent Agency partner performance metrics and provide insights
- Drive engagement through partner meetings, webinars, and cross-functional meetings
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new agencies
- Serve as subject matter expert on internal projects involving compliance, new products, and operational and customer experience improvements
- Provide project management for additional initiatives as business needs evolve
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with PEMCO policies, values, code of ethics, and business conduct
- Support the PEMCO Brand and help attract top talent
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience (Business or equivalent) is required
- 8+ years in channel enablement, sales operations, or independent agency management within the insurance or financial services industry preferred
- Proven experience in partner engagement, program development, and digital enablement strategies that drive profitable growth
- Strong understanding of insurance industry trends, distribution models, and growth strategies
- Skilled in MS Office and familiar with digital tools/platforms for partner enablement
- Ability to design solutions addressing partner and customer challenges while improving profitability
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and lead initiatives with minimal supervision
- Must be a resident and work from Washington or Oregon
