About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead marketing and game presentation for 2–3 varsity sports, including women's basketball
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and promotional plans
  • Create and distribute advertising content across multiple platforms
  • Identify and implement revenue-generating opportunities through ticket sales and sponsorships
  • Collaborate with Penn Sports Properties on sponsorship fulfillment, pre-event marketing, gameday promotions, and game presentation
  • Write scripts and manage videoboard inventory
  • Coordinate with creative services on graphic and video needs
  • Lead in-venue production and game presentation for home games
  • Coordinate theme days, promotions, and giveaways
  • Plan and execute initiatives to drive student engagement and attendance
  • Coordinate campus marketing efforts and on-campus activations
  • Build partnerships with student organizations and campus divisions
  • Assist with the student worker program, including onboarding and training
  • Manage office hours and gameday coverage schedules
  • Assign office-hour tasks and communicate gameday assignments
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
