About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as primary contact for building-related facilities questions and needs
- Coordinate with FRES and 3535 Building management on facilities-related issues
- Serve as secondary contact for the Admissions Visitor Center
- Maintain security and safety protocols
- Liaise with Public Safety and building security teams
- Support space- and building-focused Mission Continuity activities
- Maintain AV systems and coordinate AV service requests with vendors
- Coordinate furniture, equipment, and supply movement within and among facilities
- Procure or coordinate large furniture movement within Admissions facilities
- Track and maintain office and kitchen supplies
- Distribute larger shipments and organize storage spaces
- Support events from a physical-space perspective at the Admissions Visitor Center
- Support event-related movement of assets and materials
- Assist with processing application documents and materials during high-volume periods
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
- Work as part of a team to support enrollment of accomplished students from diverse backgrounds and experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Grad/GED Degree and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
