About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all data collection, entry, extraction, quality assurance, and reporting functions for the ADRD Public Health Adoption Accelerator
- Execute and manage the annual environmental scan of BOLD program implementation strategies across STLT agencies, Component 1 and 2 activities, peer-reviewed literature, and grey literature
- Train and supervise Penn RAs in extraction coding procedures
- Build, maintain, and update the Penn REDCap database for program data streams
- Manage quarterly performance measures, TA engagement logs, adoption-tier classifications, FRAME-IS adaptation notes, and Launchpad site implementation outcome data
- Compile quantitative performance measure data for CDC quarterly reporting and Annual Performance Reports
- Coordinate with the Emory external evaluation team on data verification procedures
- Generate equity-disaggregated reach tracking reports from Year 1
- Manage content entry and annual updates for the Implementation Strategy Registry
- Coordinate with Dr. Demiris on Registry digital infrastructure
- Review Registry entries for accuracy and completeness against CPSTF-modeled rating criteria
- Support Launchpad site data management in coordination with the Gaugler lab RA
- Conduct data audits, generate site-level reports, and flag data quality issues to Dr. Hirschman and the Project Director
- Provide administrative and logistical support for the annual Expert Advisory Panel convening and Evidence Academy
- Prepare materials, manage rating instruments, and document meetings
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 1–3 years of experience in data management, research coordination, or program evaluation
- Experience with REDCap, Qualtrics, or equivalent data entry and management systems required
- Experience with grant reporting preferred
- Master's degree preferred
- Degree in public health, health sciences, information science, or related discipline
- REDCap proficiency
- Microsoft Excel proficiency, including data entry, extraction, and auditing
- Quantitative research methods
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Written communication
- Familiarity with ADRD, aging, or public health research preferred
- Background checks may be required after a conditional job offer
