About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Gain hands-on experience in financial operations, clinical quality, compliance, business development, and people leadership
  • Participate in classroom learning, operational training, mentoring, field experiences, shadowing, and leadership development activities
  • Prepare to lead and manage clinical services and teams in a home health and/or hospice setting
  • Develop into a strategic Director of Clinical Services role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where services are rendered
  • Must maintain all applicable licensure requirements at hire and throughout employment
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in home health and/or hospice
  • Current nationally accredited CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a safe driving record
  • Understanding of and commitment to ethical and professional standards established by the applicable nursing licensure board
  • Genuine desire to pursue a clinical leadership career and develop into a Director of Clinical Services role
  • Initiative, accountability, and ownership in professional responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Learning agility and coachability
  • Ability to adapt to change, navigate ambiguity, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness and ability to relocate based on available opportunities and business needs upon successful completion
