About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete a 12-week full-time paid executive training program
- Learn to lead and manage clinical services and teams in a home health and/or hospice setting
- Drive results and cultivate a strong team culture
- Develop understanding of the business model supporting Pennant's success
- Gain hands-on experience in financial operations, clinical quality, compliance, business development, and people leadership
- Prepare to assume a strategic Director of Clinical Services position
- Participate in classroom learning, operational training, mentoring, field experiences, and leadership development activities
- Travel for training, shadowing experiences, and leadership development events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where services are rendered
- Must maintain all applicable licensure requirements at hire and throughout employment
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in home health and/or hospice
- Current nationally accredited CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a safe driving record
- Understanding of and commitment to ethical and professional standards established by the applicable nursing licensure board
- Genuine desire to pursue a clinical leadership career and develop into a Director of Clinical Services role
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ownership in professional responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust, inspire others, and foster positive relationships
- Learning agility and coachability, including ability to seek, receive, and apply feedback
- Ability to adapt to change, navigate ambiguity, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness and ability to relocate based on available opportunities and business needs upon successful completion of the program
