About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage the relationship between Pennylane and the ANECS-CJEC ecosystem
  • Establish Pennylane as a leading partner for current and future accounting professionals
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of members, their career paths, and their needs to identify the right moments to activate Pennylane
  • Lead the national relationship with ANECS and CJEC
  • Engage the regional section network and ensure continuity when local boards are renewed
  • Design and deliver activations, including events, workshops, content, community formats, and speaking engagements
  • Co-create initiatives with the Sales team for founders, firm buyers, and young accounting firms
  • Identify intent signals and pass qualified opportunities to the Sales teams
  • Track the initiatives’ contribution to the pipeline and MRR attributable to the channel
  • Define and lead a community strategy combining in-person presence, digital meetings, content, email, social media, and local ambassadors
  • Design formats and content focused on AI, productivity, new service offerings, organization, recruitment, business development, and customer experience
  • Build, segment, and engage a qualified community database in compliance with consent and data-management rules
  • Track network coverage, contacts generated, lead quality, engagement, influenced pipeline, MRR, budget, and ROI
  • Produce quarterly reporting and conduct competitive intelligence
  • Identify the highest-performing regions, sections, and formats
  • Work with the Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Education, and Events teams; reporting to Cyril Chanson, Partnerships Manager – Accounting Profession

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Approximately 4–6 years of experience in B2B partnerships, network engagement, community growth, indirect business development, or highly business-oriented field marketing
  • Experience in an environment that combines a national strategy with local networks
  • Ability to turn field presence or a community into measurable growth in contacts, engagement, and opportunities
  • Enjoyment of fieldwork, regular travel across France, and direct interaction with professional communities

  • Knowledge of the accounting profession, the path toward the French Chartered Accountant diploma (DEC), or setting up an accounting practice would be a plus, but is not required
  • A network within ANECS, CJEC, accounting and management schools, incubators, or young entrepreneur networks would be a plus
  • Experience in a SaaS, fintech, business-management software, or entrepreneur-support environment would be a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Brevo, or a comparable tool would be a plus
  • Experience creating B2B content or managing professional social media communities would be a plus
  • Right to work in France required; the employer does not currently sponsor visa applications
  • Ability to work in English
