About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify opportunities to grow the business or improve processes using data
- Partner with Sales & Operations leaders and anticipate key business questions
- Use data and statistical skills to answer business questions
- Steer decision-making through rigorous analyses while navigating ambiguity
- Drive self-service analytics and promote a data-driven culture
- Create data models in the Data Warehouse using dbt
- Shape the Data Engineering roadmap
- Support the Acquisition business area and prioritize tasks with decision-makers
- Contribute to larger cross-company projects
- Collaborate with engineers and data practitioners to improve the data stack and platform
- Share learnings and best practices within the team
- Recruit and mentor new team members as the team grows
- Lead projects and design and implement processes, tools and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–6 years of previous experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in scale-up environments
- Seasoned experience with SQL, DBT and data visualization tools
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders beyond the data team
- Strong business acumen and ability to act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly
- Fluent in French and English
- English proficiency is assessed according to the department
- Ability to work in an ever-shifting environment
- Highly collaborative approach
- Sufficient experience to prioritize business-led actions day to day
- Right to work in France
