About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Action the day-to-day creation and management of master data objects covering customer, vendor, product and sell-out data globally
  • Carry out ongoing, seasonal and project data loads, cleansing and validation activities
  • Create a raw material database to support buying decisions
  • Process Central MDM activities such as vendor and customer creation and amendments
  • Create and maintain product data within business applications
  • Perform costing runs under Finance guidance
  • Liaise with Product/Design, Supply Chain/Brand, regional, Customer Operations and Finance teams
  • Coordinate and drive master-data processes to ensure accurate and timely data collation
  • Oversee the seasonal upload plan and ensure timelines and deadlines are met
  • Validate data input and change requests across systems
  • Ensure master data maintenance requests align with business policy and best practice
  • Agree and deliver Master Data Management service-level agreements with brands, regions and functions, including periodic reporting
  • Continuously improve master data maintenance techniques, processes, procedures and tools, including automation with IT

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Master Data Management
  • Excellent data and analytical skills
  • Expert in use of Excel
  • Ideally Python for data analysis
