About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute the mainline product strategy in line with brand direction, consumer insights, and commercial objectives
  • Build seasonal range architecture, identifying growth drivers, assortment gaps, and opportunities to improve performance
  • Manage and maintain clear product lifecycles
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Design, Development, Market Merchandising, Sourcing, and Marketing through the full seasonal product creation lifecycle
  • Align briefs, product direction, timelines, costs, and go-to-market requirements
  • Create detailed product briefs for mainline and SMU
  • Oversee sample rounds, prototype reviews, and product refinements to meet quality, fit, cost, and sustainability requirements
  • Own the seasonal critical path and ensure key milestones are met
  • Manage risk logs, dependencies, cost reviews, and margin targets throughout development
  • Conduct pre-season planning and post-season range analysis
  • Use data, market insights, and consumer feedback to refine the mainline assortment
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on the final range and communicate clearly with GTM and Sales teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in product management or product creation within footwear, apparel, accessories, or consumer goods
  • Strong understanding of seasonal product development processes from briefing through to delivery
  • Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to balance consumer insight, brand positioning, and commercial priorities
  • Confident leadership of cross-functional teams with strong stakeholder alignment skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and improve range performance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both creative and commercial partners
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple seasons and priorities simultaneously
