About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct day-to-day support to the CEO and leadership team
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, client lunches, and scheduling
- Coordinate travel and companywide meetings as needed
- Handle outreach and follow-up on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare, proofread, and coordinate contracts and business documents
- Work with the external accounting firm, vendors, and other business partners
- Track priorities, action items, contracts, and follow-ups
- Assist with proposals, RFPs, client business reviews, research, and special projects
- Help keep executive and company information organized and moving forward
- Report directly to the CEO & Founder and work closely with the People Science leadership team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years previous Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative experience
- Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive preferred
- Excellent organizational, calendar-management, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
- Quick learner who can stay calm and organized when priorities shift
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, electronic signature platforms, and everyday business technology
