About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead portfolio-level program execution by defining, maintaining, and driving integrated delivery plans across highest-priority initiatives
  • Establish and manage cross-initiative dependencies, sequencing, shared resources, and handoffs across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and Go-To-Market teams
  • Implement standardized reporting and operating rhythms with executive-ready visibility into portfolio health, risks, trade-offs, and mitigation plans
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into staged, executable plans and surface key decision points early
  • Elevate execution rigor by defining best practices for program planning, risk management, and delivery hygiene

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or equivalent roles within complex SaaS organizations
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with significant technical dependencies and executive visibility
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on architecture, sequencing, and tradeoffs
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-accountability environments with a bias toward outcomes over process
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executives
  • Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capability
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Comfortable working out of the NYC HQ in SoHo at least 3 days/week
